Mike Baskett – 2 Corinthians 2

Mike is the minister at the OpenDoor Church of Christ.

In this chapter Paul shows how much he loves the church at Corinth – by not making “another painful visit” there (verse 2).

The issue in chapter 2 is sin -and conflict – and the need for forgiveness. Paul points out that Satan is scheming to disrupt the unity of the Body.

“Another reason I wrote you was to see if you would stand the test and be obedient in everything.”
