How hard is kindness?

It takes all of you and less of you, all at the same time.

A kind word is something dug out from the clutter and busyness of our thoughts and tasks, with the purpose of giving it away for no other benefit than to make some one smile.

It demands awareness.

It requires humility.

It’s born inside us, but finds beauty in flight.

And it ends up finding its way back,

Because it’s infectious.
